About the Author

Sean Alexander is the international best selling author of the Sober On A Drunk Planet book series.

Having previously been locked up in a psychiatric ward for addiction and mental health problems, he got sober and helped individuals build strong bodies and minds as a qualified therapist and strength and conditioning coach.

When he’s not writing or publishing he enjoys golfing, going to the gym and doing all the things he couldn’t do when he was hungover.

When we can no longer change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.
