Foundation Course

Stop White-Knuckling Sobriety.

This is not about fighting urges forever. It’s about developing the character,
discipline, and emotional control that makes the urge irrelevant.

Core Sobriety Framework

From: Sean Gay

February 2026, London, UK

There comes a point where you realise that quitting drinking wasn’t actually the hardest part.

You’ve removed alcohol from your life, or you’re trying to, and on paper things are better?

Waking up clearer, not carrying the same regret or fog, it FEELS like this is the right direction.

And yet something still feels unsettled….

You assumed that once alcohol was gone you would feel solid, more confident, more in control, less reactive. And that from there things would naturally fall into place.

Instead, you sometimes feel like you’re managing yourself more than truly living. You’re sober, but still restless.

It’s not dramatic or rock bottom, it’s quieter than that.

It’s the sense that you’ve taken something away, but you haven’t fully built what replaces it.

And underneath it all is a simple thought: I don’t want to JUST stay sober…
I want to feel steady. I want to trust myself. I want to know I’m not going back.

INTRODUCING

Sobriety Framework – Foundation Course

This program is not to help you quit drinking, but to help you become strong without it.

It gives you a clear, structured approach to building mental discipline, emotional control, and lasting self-trust. This is about giving you a structured system to fall back to stabilise your life.

From restless and uncertain in sobriety

To calm, grounded, and self-assured.

From white-knuckling through it

To handling pressure with discipline

From hoping it sticks this time

To building strength that makes it stick.

How the Pilot Works

This is not a half-built beta.

The full core framework is complete. What makes this a pilot is the size of the group and the level of interaction.

The cohort will be intentionally small, allowing space for direct feedback and thoughtful refinement. As you move through the program, you’ll have the opportunity to share what resonates and where more depth would help.

In return, you receive early access, lifetime community access, and founder-level pricing that won’t be offered again.

If you prefer fully established, hands-off programs, the public launch will suit you better.

Who Is This For?

  • People who have tried to quit before and relapsed
  • People who are tired of relying on willpower
  • People who want structure, discipline, and clarity
  • Early-stage sobriety or those trying to stabilise

FAQ

1. Is this a sobriety program?

Not in the traditional sense,no. This isn’t focused on helping you quit drinking but it’s designed for people who have already stopped, or are serious about stopping, and want to build strength, stability, and long-term self-trust without relying on meetings or labels.

2. Do I need to identify as an alcoholic or be part of recovery culture?

No. There are no labels required here. This programme is for independent thinkers who want structure and discipline, not identity-based recovery.

3. What if I’ve already tried other approaches?

Well, many people here have, actually. This programme doesn’t focus on analysing the past or reframing beliefs about alcohol. This focuses on building mental resilience and emotional control in the present, through daily practice and structure.

4. What if I relapse?

This work is about building strength, not perfection so if you slip, the framework remains the same: discipline, reflection, and rebuilding. The goal is long-term stability, not guilt.

5. Is the pilot right for me?

The pilot is ideal if you’re comfortable being part of a small group and helping refine the experience through honest feedback. If you prefer a fully polished, established programme with no input required, the public launch will be a better fit.
