The Sobriety Blueprint
Stop Starting Over With Alcohol
A simple system to help you break the cycle, take control, and actually follow through
You already know alcohol is the problem.
That’s not the hard part.
The hard part is nothing changes.
You stop, start, reset… and somehow end up back where you began.
You’re sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.
This is where most people stay stuck.
Not because they don’t want to change…
But because they don’t have a clear way to follow through.
The Sobriety Blueprint is built to change that.
Not with motivation.
Not with willpower.
But with a simple, structured way to actually follow through.
Built around what actually helps people stop, stay stopped, and move forward.
No fluff. No theory. Just what works.
The Sobriety Blueprint is how you turn this into action.
The Transformation:
(This is where most people never get to)
Reaching for a drink without thinking
Taking control of your decisions
Telling yourself “just one” and ending up having more
Having more time and energy
Waking up tired, drained, and starting again
Waking up clear, focused, and consistent
From hoping it sticks this time
To building strength that makes it stick
Here’s what you’ll actually work through:
Most people never get past this point.

Who Is This For?
You already know what needs to change.
The only question is whether you’re actually going to do something about it.

A Little Story Of Why I Got Sober...
The saying that stuck out to me when I first got sober was when people said they were finally “sick and tired of feeling sick and tired”. I instantly resonated with it because it summed up exactly how I felt.
I wasn’t just a bit fed up. I was exhausted by it.
I was sick and tired of making empty promises every Sunday night — “this week will be different” — and by Tuesday I was drinking and drugging again.
I was sick and tired of never being physically fit or making any real progress in the gym, because I was either hungover or drunk for most of the week. Consistency didn’t stand a chance.
I was sick and tired of living pay check to pay check, because alcohol and cocaine were expensive. I had nothing to show for over twenty years of earning. It had all gone on alcohol, drugs and gambling.
I was sick and tired of having no energy, no drive, no real motivation for life.
And I was frustrated watching other people move forward, while I stayed stuck. Alcohol and drugs didn’t just hold me back — they slowed everything down.
I was addicted to alcohol, cocaine and gambling. Financially bankrupt. But worse than that, I had checked out mentally, emotionally and physically. The doctors said it was a miracle I was still alive.
Safe to say, it was a shit time.
But through a process of wanting to learn and change, I learned something significant.
I realised I was addicted.
Not weak. Not broken. Addicted.
And that matters, because it means there is a way out.
Once I understood that, I stopped trying to “just control it” and started learning how to deal with life properly.
That meant getting sober. And staying sober.
Now I’m over 8 years sober. I’ve written 5 books in the Sober On A Drunk Planet series, built two courses, and run a private community. I’ve got two very fluffy Siberian cats — Luna and Twiglet — and I’m about to marry my fiancée, who’s also in recovery. There’s probably another book in that story alone.
I’ve also retrained as a counsellor and a personal trainer. Both of those played a big role in my own recovery, and when you’ve been through something like this, you don’t forget it. You want to help other people get out of it too.
Sobriety didn’t just improve my life — it gave me one.
It started with one decision: I was done.
Then I just kept going. Small steps. Day by day. Building something better.
If you’re in that place now, I get it.
And if you’re ready to actually do something about it, everything you need to get started is inside the Sobriety Blueprint.
You’ll also get 3 months access to the private community, where I’ll be there to help you work through it and start figuring out what life looks like without alcohol.
As Yoda said — do or do not, there is no try.
This is the do stage.
And if you’re ready, I’ll help you start it.
You already know what needs to change.
The only question is whether you keep going in circles…
or finally do something about it.
If you’re in that place right now, I know exactly how it feels.
And I know what it takes to get out of it.
FAQ
This isn’t a sobriety programme built around meetings, coaching calls, or labels.
The Sobriety Blueprint is a structured course designed for people who have already stopped drinking — or are serious about stopping — and want a clear way to move forward.
It focuses on building real stability, discipline, and self-trust in sobriety, so you’re not relying on willpower or constantly starting over.
This is about learning how to live without alcohol properly.
It's self paced, with community access for the first 3 months.
No.
But you do need to be serious about stopping.
This isn’t designed for people who are still trying to “figure out” if they want to quit. It’s for people who know something needs to change and are ready to start doing something about it.
You can start wherever you are — but the more honest you are with yourself, the more you’ll get out of it.
If you are physically dependent on alcohol or think you may need medical support to stop, this course is not a detox programme and should not replace professional medical advice. In that case, it’s important to speak to a doctor or qualified professional first.
This isn’t based around meetings, sponsors, or labels.
It’s a structured course that helps you understand your patterns, build better habits, and actually follow through day to day.
You can use it alongside AA, therapy, or any other support — or on its own.
The focus here is simple: awareness, decisions, and daily actions.
Most people have.
They’ve tried cutting down, taking breaks, relying on willpower, or following different programmes — and still found themselves going back to the same patterns.
That’s not because you’re the problem.
It’s usually because nothing actually changed underneath.
The Sobriety Blueprint is built to address that.
It gives you a simple, structured way to deal with the patterns, triggers, and habits that keep pulling you back — so you’re not just trying again, you’re doing something different.
That doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
It means you’re still learning.
One of the key parts of this course is understanding why slips happen and how to respond differently next time, instead of falling back into the same cycle.
Progress isn’t about being perfect — it’s about not giving up.
You can go through it at your own pace.
Some people move through it quickly, others take their time and apply each part properly.
What matters isn’t how fast you go; it’s that you actually follow through.
You’ll get a structured, step-by-step framework that covers:
• Why alcohol stops working
• Why moderation keeps failing
• How to deal with triggers and cravings
• How to build habits that support sobriety
• What actually helps people stay sober long term
It’s simple, practical, and designed to be used — not just read.
Yes.
You’ll get 3 months access to the private community, where you can ask questions, share progress, and connect with others going through the same thing.
It’s there to keep you accountable and moving forward.
You can continue in the community for £15.99/month if you find it helpful.
There’s no pressure to stay — but many people do, because it helps them stay consistent.
You will be reminded nearer the time, when your 3 months is up. It will automatically renew, but you can cancel anytime after that.
You will still have access to the course if you decide not to stay in the community.
Most people don’t struggle because they lack information.
They struggle because nothing changes.
This is built to help you apply what you already know, so you can stop going in circles and actually move forward.
Then this probably isn’t the right time.
This only works if you’re willing to be honest with yourself and take action.
If you are — it can change everything.
